City & County Graphics provides highly specialised signage services like building site hoardings and branded car livery. The company has worked with Achieve UK since 2007, to gain director-level sales meetings in the construction and automotive sectors.
We asked Managing Director Malcolm Dunderdale to share his experiences:
Our business had bumbled along since the mid 1990s. But in the last few years, we've quadrupled in size. At least half of that growth is down to Achieve UK.
I'd used other telemarketing companies in the past, and they were dreadful. Always the wrong appointment, with the wrong person. They'd send me anywhere, just for the sake of it. So of course I was very sceptical.

Merit Group carries out offshore content research, business process management and marketing data creation for some of the world’s most trusted information businesses. But with a high-value service, a complex market and a number of misconceptions to overcome, the company had experienced poor results from appointment-setting companies.
